From our site acquisition personnel to our in house engineering staff we work diligently with our customers to provide the best options based on propagation studies, topography and availability of existing utilities. In addition, we research the availability of fiber access which is becoming more relevant as bandwidth requirements grow.

During this process we obtain the appropriate information for the purposes of developing the design requirements.

The information obtained will include but not be limited to:

  • Proposed ingress/egress, recommended utility easements and site size requirements including proposed lease dimensions
  • All dimensional data necessary for the outline of shelter and/or layout of equipment/components to be shown on the construction drawings
  • All existing power and telco information and contacts
  • All information pertaining to site / tower owner

The purpose for this design activity is to produce a neat, preliminary site plan of the site including proposed location of all new equipment, support structures and services.
